By accessing and using BukMe ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BukMe is a booking management platform designed for service businesses in Ghana. The service allows businesses to:

• Create and manage service listings with Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵) pricing
• Accept and manage customer bookings
• Handle customer inquiries and communicate via WhatsApp
• Collect and moderate customer reviews
• Customize their business branding and settings

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

BukMe operates on a one-time lifetime payment model:

• Payment is required upfront for lifetime access to the platform
• All prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵)
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• We offer a 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase
• Core platform updates are included at no additional cost

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of BukMe, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BukMe, including:

• Business information, logos, and branding materials
• Service descriptions and pricing information
• Customer data and booking information
• Reviews and feedback from customers

By using the Service, you grant BukMe a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, BukMe is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
• Update or modify the Service to improve functionality
• Suspend or terminate service in case of violations of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BukMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
